Problem 1: The first mover always has the advantage.
Problem 2: Most games end up in a draw.

Click 'Start Game' to begin.
Click an empty cell to place a vertical or horizontal part of the 'T'.
Click a partially completed cell to complete the 'T'.
You can't complete a 'T' from the previous player's last turn.
First player to get a vertical, horizontal or diagonal line of three 'T's wins.
